FLORIDA
 Single Family Homes: The Median Sales Price is up 1.8% to $420,000 compared to a year ago which was $412,500
 Condos/Townhomes: The Median Sales Price has a 0% change compared to a year ago, and remains at $315,000.
 Inventory Trends: Florida’s active listings have decreased 10.6% year-over-year as of March.
BREVARD COUNTY
Single Family Homes: The Median Sales Price is up 2.0% to $369,999 compared to a year ago which was $362,915.
Condos/Townhomes: The Median Sales Price is down 11.0% to $275,000 compared to a year ago, which was $309,000.
In March 2026, Brevard County’s housing market showed a mix of growth and tightening inventory. Single-family home sales increased 7.2% year-over-year, with median prices rising slightly. However, new listings and pending sales declined, signaling limited supply.
Townhomes and condos saw an 11.5% increase in closed sales, but experienced a notable 11% drop in median price, alongside a sharp decrease in new listings.
Overall, demand remains steady across both sectors, but reduced inventory and fewer new listings continue to shape market activity.
