🚀 Artemis II Moon Mission Launch

One of the most exciting events happening on the Space Coast this spring is the Artemis II launch, NASA’s first crewed mission to the Moon in more than 50 years. The Space Launch System rocket will send four astronauts on a 10-day mission around the Moon and back to Earth, traveling farther from Earth than humans have gone since the Apollo era.
🌊 Easter Surfing Festival (52nd Annual)

This long-running local surf tradition features amateur surf competitions and community surf events happening alongside the dog surfing festival weekend. It’s a great example of the surf culture Cocoa Beach is known for.

One of the most fun and unique events on the Space Coast is the East Coast Dog Surfing Festival, where dogs actually compete surfing waves alongside their owners. The event includes a dog surfing championship, costume contests, vendors, and live music, all benefiting the Brevard Humane Society.

One of the biggest events of the year in Brevard County, the Cocoa Beach Air Show features military jet demonstrations and aerobatic performances right over the Atlantic Ocean. Thousands of spectators gather on the beach to watch the show.
